He was predeceased by: his parents, Minnie Belle Wheeler (Mowery) and Felix Wheeler; and his wife Jerrie Wheeler (Rodriguez). He is survived by: his son Jim; his sister Bobbie Wilson of Atoka, OK; his great-niece Nichole Rae Lee; his great-nephew Rowdy McKinney; and his niece Victoria Maria Macias. He is also survived by 16 other nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear and loved friends.
