He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Cruse and Maudie Cruse (Meley); and his brother Bo Cruse. He is survived by: his granddaughter Lydia; and his children, Kevin Michael Cruse (Dawn) of Oklahoma City, OK, Van Cruse of Ohio, Brandy Goodin-Cruse of Ardmore, OK and Emily Cruse of Atoka, OK. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; along with other relatives and many dear friends.
