He was predeceased by : his parents, Madeline Adelia Graves Russell and Johnny Kenneth Russell; his great-grandparent Myrtle Rose Tisdell; his brother Richard "Ricky" Lewis Wisinger; his sister-in-law Rhonda Jean Russell; and his nephew Brannon Shane Russell.
He is survived by : his children, Justin Russell Hart (Shay Posey) of Ripley, Jon Russell (Amanda) of Atoka and Joshlynn Russell (Jaime Felix) of California; his wife Mellanie Joy Russell of Atoka; and his siblings, Dean Russell of Pontotoc, Carolyn Richardson (Rick) of Lexington, Susan Whipkey of Ada and Neal Wisinger (Rebecca) of Tishomingo. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and great-grandchildren, numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
