He is survived by: his grandson Terry Kelley (Brandy) of Tushka, OK; his siblings, Billy Smith (Joann) of Mead, OK, Shirley Carter (Marshall) of Denison, TX and Donnie Smith (Lee) of Caney, OK; and his son-in-law Lynn Kelley of Tushka, OK. He is also survived by other relatives and many dear and loved friends.
