She is survived by: her mother Faye Callicoat (Brown) of Atoka, OK; her sons, Robert Douglas Lewis (Regina) of Atoka, OK, Steven Bryant Lewis (Kirsten) of Atoka, OK and Christopher James Lewis (Jackie) of Colbert, OK; her grandchildren, Ashton Nicole Lewis of Durant, OK, Ellianna Grace Lewis of Atoka, OK, Austin James Lewis of Madill, OK and Kenaniah Joel Douglas Lewis of Atoka, OK; and her brothers, Terry Don Callicoat (Barbara) of Atoka, OK and Cecil Loyd Callicoat (Lauri) of Atoka, OK. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear and loved friends.
