She was predeceased by: her parents, Dixie Eastwood and Dorothea Mae Eastwood (Thomas); her son Jason Dale Carlisle; her husbands, Lewis Wallace Allison and Larry Dale Carlisle; and her brother Douglas Edward Eastwood (Michelle).
She is survived by: her daughter Racheal Feuerhelm (Tim) of Lane, OK; her grandchildren, Laura Ann Feuerhelm of Lane, OK and Gage Feuerhelm of Atoka, OK; and her siblings, Dixie Arlene Dorrough of St. Louis, OK, Charlie Eastwood of Atoka, OK and Stacy (Sherri Eastwood) of Caney, OK. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many dear and loved friends.
