He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurman Hook and Lena Hook (Johnson); his wife Sharon Kay Hook; and his grandson Jacob Murray. He is survived by: his daughters, Angie Frost (Cody) of Lane, OK, Tami Haynie (Brian) of Medford, OK and Mindy Flynn (Jamie) of Tushka, OK; his grandchildren, Stetson, Kelsi, Bryan, Will, Kenzie, Jaysik, Caleb and Collin; and his great grandchildren, Rylee, Aiden and Harrison. He is also survived by other relatives and many dear and loved friends.
