He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold Winter and Rachael Winter (Winter); his wife Evelyn Winter (Meadows); his children, Bradley Phillips (Bonnie Phillips) of Centerpoint, OK, Pamela Delsigne (David) of Macomb, OK and Ronda Hollie of Moore, OK; his grandchildren, Bryce Phillips (Chelsie) of Centerpoint, OK, Britt Phillips (Shelby) of Centerpoint, OK, Alec Delsigne of Macomb, OK, Laura Gonzalez (Antonio) of Norman, OK, Claire Holt (Caden) of Norman, OK and Paige Delsigne of Macomb, OK; his great grandchildren, Rowdy, Eli, Tucker of Centerpoint, OK, Billy, Blair of Centerpoint, OK, Robin, Jessie, Josie of Moore, OK and Tyler Lee of Norman, OK; his sister Carol Einhardt of Battle Creek, MI; and his half-sisters, Betty Weir and Cathy Johnson of Battle Creek, MI. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
