He is survived by: his mother Claudia Fern Willeby (Martin) of Duncan; his aunt Joyce Scott; his father Chester Willeby; his children, Lance Martin Willeby of Atoka and Karlee Ann Willeby of Atoka; and his brother Louis Willeby, Jr. of Glenpool. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
