He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron Barris and Alberta Barris (Baughman); his son Terry Barris; and his siblings, Cletus Reaves and David Barris.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Gail Barris; his daughter Renita Gail Williams of Atoka, OK; his sister Sheryl Arnold (Mike) of Port Aransas, TX; his sister-in-law Doice Barris of Texas; his grandsons, West Barris of Atoka and Jared Barris (Tiffany) of Harrah, OK; and his great grandchildren, Nathanule Barris of Harrah, Evelynne Barris of Harrah, Annalise Barris of Harrah and Brooklin Barris of Atoka. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
