She was predeceased by: her parents, Monroe Coy and Maggie Coy (West); her husband Lester Stevens; her grandson Ralph Wayne White; her great great grandchild Andrea; her sister Neoma Porter; and her daughter-in-law Amanda Donnell.
She is survived by: her children, Lester Wayne Stevens (Angie) of Bristow, Phyllis Collins (Homer) of Dewey, Mike Stevens (Melody) of Dewey, Richard Stevens of Bowring, Eddie Stevens (Aimee) of Copan and Jolene Stevens. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to The Journey Home.
