She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Nell Mathis and Charles Mathis; her husband Jim; her children, Paul, Pat Middleton of Oklahoma City, Gail of Bartlesville, John Spence of Bartlesville and Jan Reynolds of Bartlesville; her grandchildren, Kori (Jason Sauer), Will (Libby Spence), Matt (Erin Spence), Melissa (Grant Gingerich), Kelsey Reynolds, Ryan (Lauren Middleton) and Andrew Middleton; her great grandchildren, Carter Sauer, Jess, Wade Spence, Ella, Georgia Gingerich and Keira Coursey; and her sister Pat Amato of Dallas. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial donations to The Journey Home, 900 N.E. Washington Blvd., Bartlesville, Oklahoma, 74006 and to Comforting Hands Hospice, 1366 A S.E. Washington Blvd.
