She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Otto Skaggs; her parents, Agnes M. Birdsell (Merrell) and Raymond F. Birdsell; her granddaughter Robyn Tiffie; and her brothers, Richard Birdsell and Jim Birdsell.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Schmid (Robert), Denise Abrams (Jerry), Bill Skaggs (Janet), Ray Skaggs (Anita), Bob Skaggs (Kay) and Jim Skaggs; her grandchildren, Kelly Gospodarek, Drew Skaggs, Charles Skaggs, Jon Skaggs, Marie Orr, Jason Schmid, Joseph Abrams, Jacob Abrams, Rebekah Abrams, Emily Odom, Will Skaggs and Jay Skaggs; and her sisters, Gwen Naquin and Marilyn Smith.
