With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rodger Dwaine Perkins (Bartlesville, Oklahoma), born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, who passed away on February 2, 2024 at the age of 95. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rodger Dwaine Perkins to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George R. V. Perkins of England and Winnifred Kerkstra of Holland; and his siblings, Richard Perkins, Robert Perkins, Frederick Perkins, George William Perkins (Bill) and Winnefred Osborn.

He is survived by: his wife Alma Nadine Brown of Bartlesville, OK; his children, Stephen Victor Perkins (Teresa), Dr. Byron Edward Perkins and Carol; and his grandchildren, Christopher Perkins (Maria), Brannon Long (Chelsea), Justin Perkins (Tiana Marie), Jenica Belsha (Damon), Heather Perkins, Stacy Pleta (John), Marcy Long Lawson (Tim) and Aubrey Perkins Arbaugh (Andrew). He is also survived by 25 great grandchildren, and the first great-great grandchild.

In Lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to Spirit Church to support Japan Missions.
