He is survived by: his daughters, Linda, Donna Lykins of Bartlesville, OK and Sandra Lykins of Bartlesville, OK; his wife Gladyce Lykins; his son Jim Lykins; and his siblings, Mary Hoffman, Fred Lykins, Roy Lykins and Pearl Lykins. He is also survived by five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
