We are sad to announce that on December 27, 2023, at the age of 78, Roscoe Lafayette Tweedy Jr. of Bartlesville, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe L Tweedy Sr. and Wilma Mae Maples Tweedy; his wife Ellen May Carter; and his brother David Lee Tweedy. He is survived by: his daughter Pamala; his son-in-law Shane Ballard; his grandchildren, Ashley (Adam Thompson) and Racee Consedine; his great grandchildren, Mason Thompson and Lainey White; his siblings, James Robert Tweedy and Edna; and his siblings-in-law, Alvin Reynolds, Juanita Tweedy, Shirley Sparks and Betty Grambling. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great-nephews.
