He is survived by: his wife Ginger; his children, Nick Kane of Houston, TX and Shanna Smith of Ochelata, OK; his grandsons, Jacob and Ryan Eaves of Ochelata, OK; his brother Jack Kane (Pat) of Fort Worth, TX; and his sister-in-law Cathy Bergen of Bartlesville, OK. He is also survived by many cousins, and numerous close friends.
