She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred Samantha Foreman (Applegate) and William Foreman; her siblings, Ronald, Chester, Wymann Foreman, Barbara Rippetoe, Florence Allen and Karen Sue Hinton; and her nephews, Loy Allen, Michael Foreman, Rodney Spencer and Jared "Allan" Hinton.
She is survived by: her sons, Darron Replogle (Jami) of Catoosa and Ryan "Wahde" Mackey (Julie) of Tahlequah; her grandchildren, Ben Replogle, Sam Replogle and Sarah Replogle of Catoosa; her sons, Agalisiga Mackey (Paloma) of Tahlequah and Conlee Catron of Stilwell; her great grandchildren, Adawelagia and Itztli Mackey-Lopez of Tahlequah; and her siblings, Margie Swanson, Sheryl Foreman of Dewey, Belva Steiner (Lawrence) of Pryor and Tom Foreman (Lisa) of Copan. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stumpff Funeral Home & Crematory (1600 SE Washington Blvd, Bartlesville, OK 74006). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Stumpff Funeral Home (1600 SE Washington Blvd, Bartlesville, OK 74006). A burial was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Oaks Cemetery (701-899 Rocky Road Oaks).
