He is survived by: his wife Shelly Cook; his daughter Dia; his son-in-law Allen Bertwell; his grandchildren, Nadia Stanart, Gavin Roberts and Hunter Pritchard; and his siblings, Elizabeth Faye Rogers, Theresa Nadine Hunter (Rodney) and Leonard Webb. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
