He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee and Rhoda Mae Head (Raymon); his son Bryan; and his grandson Blake. He is survived by: his children, Bixby and Broken Arrow; his wife Marilyn; his children, Michele Chissoe (Aaron) and Mandy Stiles (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Kevin, Kurtis, Katlyn, Benjamin, Tatum and Tori; and his brother Ronnie Head.
