Van Fleet; his grandchildren, Jesse Lively (Amber) of Ponca City and Kayla Wine of Blackwell; his siblings, Ginger Williams (Maxie) of Deer Creek, Nancy Stuchlik of Louisiana and Leon Lively (Linda) of Ponca City; and his grandchildren, Isaiah, Makila, Ava and Eleanor.
