Lea Reames Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lea Reames of Blackwell, Oklahoma, who passed away on December 27, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lea Reames to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, John Schmidt and Opal A. Schmidt (Newland); her spouse Jerry Reames; her sons, Jerry Lee Reames and Alan Wayne Reames; her grandson Bryan Allan Reames; her brother Lawrence "Lonnie" Schmidt; and her niece Susan Schmidt Hackett.

She is survived by : her children, Diana McKinnis (Danny) of Ponca City and John Reames of Blackwell; and her daughter-in-law Lisa Reames (DeWayne Chambers). She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren.

A memorial has been established in her honor with the Top of Oklahoma Historical Museum in c/o Roberts and Son Funeral Home, 120 W. Padon, Blackwell, Oklahoma 74631.
