It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gladys Ottinger of Boise City, Oklahoma, born in Beaver, Oklahoma, who passed away on September 13, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Ted Bass and Bertha Bass; her husband Guy Lee Ottinger; her sons, Roger and Doug; her siblings, Leroy Bass, Walter Bass, Sam Bass, Herb Bass and Norma Vann; and her great grandchild Madison Ottinger.
She is survived by : her brother-in-law Paul Smith; her children, Nolan Ottinger of Boise City, OK, Larry Ottinger (Vickie) of Boise City, OK and Nancy Sanders (Jim) of Sayre, OK.; her grandchildren, Michael Ottinger (Holly) of Marlow, OK, Adam Ottinger (Lori) of Boise City, OK, Curtis Wiley (Jessica) of Bromide, OK, Corey Ottinger of Clayton, NM, Kevin Ottinger (Francis) of Dumas, TX, David Ottinger (Erica) of Boise City, OK, Brad Ottinger (McKenzie) of Kaw City, OK, Amber Shannon (Jared) of Guam, Ryan Sanders (Lauren) and Zach Sanders (Kaylee) of Elk City, OK; and her siblings, Dale Bass (Joann) of Albuquerque and Doris Smith (Paul) of Springdale. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
