He is survived by : his wife Bonnie Barnes; his children, Michael Barnes (Katherine) of Clayton and Tammie Avent (Lavert) of Mineral Wells, Texas.; his grandson Tyler Avent (Stephanie) of Mineral Wells, Texas.; and his great grandchild Asher Grey Avent.
