He is survived by : his wife Elaine Reed; his children, Doug Levick (Melanie) of Norman, OK, Rodney Heston of Council Hill, OK and Tina Mitcham (Tim) of Boynton, OK; his grandchildren, Caitlyn Levick, Josie Heston, Jonathan and Madalyn Mitcham; his sisters, Vanda Boyd (Bill) of Sulfur Springs, AR, Tonya Ackerman (John) of Sulfur Springs, AR, Zona Craig of Bentonville, AR, Quilla Sullivan (Charles) of Nixa, MO and Karen White (Thomas) of Wyandotte, OK; and his stepsiblings, Faye Jean Heston of Conway, AR, Vickie Lee (Tom) of Falcon, CO, Deborah Boyd (Rich) of Omaha, NE and Jeff Dahr of Huron, SD. He is also survived by nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews.
