He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Ellsworth and Louise Tenney, Sr. (Parson); his son James Tenney; his brother Randal Tenney; and his stepson Tom Alexander.
He is survived by: his wife Wanita Louise "Lou" Egan; his daughter Tina Howard (Nathan) of Depew, Oklahoma; his grandsons, Joshua Woods (Brittany) of Pryor and Jeremy Woods (Casey) of Depew, Oklahoma; his great grandchildren, Sabastian Woods, Olivia Woods and Kye Woods; his stepdaughter Lori Alexander of Bartlesville, Oklahoma; and his sisters, Gail Vacarro (Frank) of Methuen Town, Trudy Hendricks of Manford and Cheryl Gerber of Staunton, Illinois..
