A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the SpiritLife Church (5345 S Peoria Ave, Tulsa, OK 74105). A committal service was held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Floral Haven Memorial Garden (6500 S 129th E Ave, Broken Arrow, OK 74012). A reception was held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Floral Haven Family Center (6500 S 129th E Ave, Broken Arrow, OK 74012).
