She was predeceased by: her parents, Connie Leon Rhoades and Lois L Fuller Rhoades; her son Lance Walker; and her daughter-in-law Deborah Walker. She is survived by: her siblings, Vaughan, Scottie and Phil; her former husband John Salisbury; her husband Butch Walker; her children, Kristi Coker, Marty Crowe, Michael Salisbury (Stacey) and Jennifer Walker Anderson (Ron Shimkus); her grandchildren, Ryan, Hannah, Drew Coker, Emily, Meghan Salisbury, Jack Anderson (Sophie), Claire Anderson and Stephanie Goad (John); and her great grandchildren, Caden and Brianna Goad. She is also survived by many loving family members and friends.
