He is survived by: his children, Brenda Bates (Rick, Frank Skaer, Jr.) and Cristi Skaer; his grandchildren, Amber Ledbetter, Tiffany Moore Skaer, Stephani Romell and Delaney Waters; and his great grandchildren, Hudson, Brodie Ledbetter, Aidan Moore, Hayes, Landri, Andersyn Romell, Emma and Elayna Waters.
