Visitation will be held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel (6500 S 129th E Ave, Broken Arrow, OK 74012). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
