Carter, Jr.; her sister JoAnn Fleming of Tulsa; and her children, Paul Carter of Broken Arrow, Daryl Carter of Tulsa and Carolyn Canfield of Jenks. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
