He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Whitehead and Josephine Whitehead; and his stepsister Christy Ramsey. He is survived by: his wife Rita; his stepmother Patricia Whitehead; his brother Russ Whitehead (Kelli); his children, Regina (David), Ryan (Liz) and Vikki (David); and his grandchildren, Zoe, Brynna, Nicolas, Emaleigh, Madelyn, Hunter and JJ.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Floral Haven Funeral Home (6500 S 129th E Ave, Broken Arrow, OK 74012). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Christview Christian Church (2525 S Garnett Rd, Tulsa, OK 74129).
