He is survived by : his children, Jonathan Paul Caldwell of New York, Isiah Tankersley of Victoria, Texas and Bethany Caldwell of Hugo, Oklahoma; his brothers, James Caldwell of Broken Bow and Jerry Don; his sister-in-law Mandy Caldwell of Hugo; his sister Junell Davis; his brother-in-law Bennie Taylor of Broken Bow; and his nieces and nephews, Brandon Stewart, Tiffani Morrison, Alisha Caldwell, Amber Che Caldwell, Justice Caldwell, Noah Caldwell, Garrick Caldwell, Jaylyn Smith, Jaylee Smith, Dakota Caldwell, Jasper Morrison, Jeramy Caldwell, Amy Caldwell-Walden and James Caldwell. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
