He is survived by : his close friend Patricia Maness of Broken Bow; his children, Michael Crider of Wappapello, John Crider of Apopka, Philip Stephens Jr. of Popular Bluff, Missouri, Debbie James of Buda, Darla Padron of Buda, Evelyn Kemp of Broken Bow, Peggy Sue Crider of Popular Bluff, Phileatha Stephens of Buda and Bonita Lewis of Buda, Texas; and his sisters, Darlene Alligood of Sikeston, Martha Wilkening of Sikeston and Vonna Smith of Hope, Arkansas. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
