She is survived by : her husband Ray Lackey of Broken Bow; her children, Stephen (Vicky Lackey), Rick (Cathy Lackey) and Linda; her son-in-law Henry Lester of Broken Bow, Oklahoma; her sister Lavon Dumont of Lukfata, Oklahoma; and her daughter-in-law Pam Lawrence of Broken Bow, Oklahoma. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
