She was predeceased by : her parents, Henry Clark and Sudie Mary Clark (Mitchell); her husband James Earl Phelps; her daughters, Sharon Phelps and Joyce Ann Phelps; her granddaughter Lacy Lynn Phelps; and her siblings, Charles, Frank, Marty Clark, Mary Hemmerling and Carolyn Clark.
She is survived by : her children, Vivian Scott of St. Francesville, LA, James (Margaret Phelps), Deborah (Bruce Stewart) and Velma (Jimmy Grace); and her sisters, Pat (Gary Malmberg) and Ann (Phillip Gillet). She is also survived by mother and grandmother always putting her kids.
