She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Shields and Callie Shields (Riggs); her husband Robert Lee Douglas; her granddaughter Dajae Thurman; her siblings, Lynetta Harrison, Joyce Huddleston, Bruce Shields and Stanley Shields; her parents-in-law, Ida and Labron McJunkins; her sister-in-law Kathy Douglas; her cousin Sandra White; her nephews, Connor McGee and Mario Shields; and her niece Shantell Shields.
She is survived by: her children, Sean Douglas of Atoka, OK and Shanna Douglas of Calera, OK; her grandchildren, Darius Douglas, Josh Douglas of Durant, OK, Jade Douglas of Calera, OK, Darika Douglas of Calera, OK and Mikayla Douglas of Durant, OK; her siblings, Richard Shields (Charlotte) of Denver, CO, Terry Shields of Atoka, OK, Crandall Shields (Gloria), Derry Shields (Sylvia) of Keller, TX, Cheryl Brooks of Hurst, TX, Venoy Shields of Atoka, OK, Veryl Shields (Patty) of Norman, OK, Sonya Matthews (Lorenza) of Ft. Worth, TX and Twilla McGee of Atoka, OK; her brothers-in-law, Donald Douglas (Gail) of Denison, TX and Ronald Douglas of Houston, TX; and her nieces and nephews, Vickie Collins, LeAnna Shields, Tatiana Shields, Adam Shields, Derry Shields Jr., Chaz Shields, Jeremy Shields, Monique McClure, Rose Jackson, Marcus Shields (Michele), Morgan Shields, Karen Shields, Kasey Shields, Taylor Shields, Kalan McGee, Courtney Harrison, Eric Shields and Douglas Brewer.
