She is survived by : her daughter Amanda Lamb (Kevin) of Calera, Oklahoma; her granddaughters, Rachel Lamb of Bartlesville and Caitlin Lamb of Calera, Oklahoma; and her siblings, Linda Metzger Wortley (Mitch) of Cypress, Texas and Jack Metzger Jr. (Jane) of Kansas City. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.
