He was loved and cherished by many people including : his children, Randy Knowles (Nikki) of Hurst, Karen Harp (Jeff) of Denison and Brian Knowles (Kim) of Denison; his grandchildren, Staci Gast (Skyler) of Ann Arbor, Kyle Harp (Mandi) of Denison, Kelsey Vandyke (Jason) of Abilene and Jared Knowles of Austin; his siblings, Clayton Knowles of Bennington and Janell Hall of Bennington; and his wife Maudine.

The family respectfully request that memorials be made to the Calera 1st Baptist Church in lieu of flowers.
