He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Harper and Elsie Ellen Harper (Beasley); his siblings, Leroy Harper and Joan Bryant; and his granddaughter Jessika Paulsen-Majors.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Coleen Adams; and his children, Darrin Bailey Paulsen (Stephanie) of Mooreland, OK, Jason Wade Paulsen (Melanie) of Leedey, OK and Tivie Nicole Troupe (John) of Oklahoma City, OK.
