He is survived by: his mother Mary Marlene Werner (Ackerson) of Rockford, Illinois; his wife Rhonda Werner; his sister Sherri Libby (Mike) of Rockford, Illinois; his children, Cody Jay Ridgway (Amy) of Caney, Oklahoma and Amery Lewis (Bobby) of Durant, Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Makaylin Ridgway, Colton Ridgway, Kye Harless, Fallon Lewis, Nathan Henderson, Nickole Henderson and Nick Henderson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and other extended family.
