He was predeceased by : his father Albert Okerstrom; his son Gregory Okerstrom; his stepfather Larry Hort; his close friend Cherry Okerstrom (Felicia Vanzant); and his siblings, Sean Daughenbaugh (Baby), Lee and Cheryl.

He is survived by : his mother LaVonne Hort; his daughter Candace; his son-in-law Michael Conrady; his children, Trevor Okerstrom (Josie Swaney) and Felicia Vanzant (Raven Gonzalez); his grandchildren, Brittaney Conrady, Nate, Brooklinn Conrady, Gavin Okerstrom, Isaiah Taylor, Cambria Taylor, Rose Gonzalez, Cassian Gonzalez and Stetsyn Kyle; and his siblings, Regan, Chet, Mitchell, Rusty and Casey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Rice Funeral Service & Cremation Care (202 E Oak St, Catoosa, OK 74015).
