She was predeceased by : her father Charles Jake Swartwood; her husband Joe Teague; and her brother Charles Swartwood. She is survived by : her mother Ruby Olene Swartwood (Bryan); her sons, Jimmy Dale Hewitt (Judy) of San Antonio, TX, Charlie Hewitt of Catoosa, OK, John Hewitt (Dottie) of Catoosa, OK and Robert Carpenter of Atlanta, GA; and her siblings, Lana Carr (Tommy) of Broken Arrow, OK, Terry of Idaho and Raymond Steely (Nikki) of Chandler, OK. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren, and three great great-grandchildren.
