He is survived by : his spouse Tommie Jean Curtis; his sons, Trevor and Dalton; the parent of his children Tommie Jean Goodale; his grandson Thomas Cole Taylor; his sisters, Nita (Jim) and Jenny Singleton; and his nephews, Josh, Dan and Mitch Eardley.
