He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Floyd and Betty Lee Rice (Rogers). He is survived by: his wife Sherry Allen; his son Trey Rice of Sanger, TX; his sisters, Kathy Ballinger (David) of Riverside, CA and Kelly Fuller (Rodney) of Sanger, TX; his grandchildren, William and Lucy; and his siblings' children, Lisa, Brian, Matt and Clay.
