We are sad to announce that on June 9, 2025, at the age of 63, Billy Ray Gamblin of Maud, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Franklin Gamblin and Pearl Omeda Gamblin (Applegate); his siblings, James Gamblin (Louretta) and Betty Todd (Franklin); and his nephew Barry Spirlock.
He is survived by: his sister Mary Spirlock (Curtis) of Checotah; his nieces and nephews, Angela Reasor (Todd) of Checotah, Mike Todd of Checotah, Laura Gamblin of Stigler, Jimmy Gamblin of Checotah, Mary Sides (Billy) of Warner and Heather Baldwin (David) of Checotah; and his aunt Yvonne Gamblin of Muskogee.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hunn Funeral Home and Cremation Service (211 W Okmulgee Ave, Checotah, OK 74426). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Greenlawn Cemetery.
