He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dick Martin and Virgie Martin; his sister Betty; his wife Carolyn; his children, Thad Martin (Elichia), Leah Martin Kasenurm (Kyle) of Edmond, Hayes Martin (Megan) of Tulsa and Lillie Martin Henderson (Tray) of Oklahoma City; his grandchildren, Jocelyn, Emerson Martin, Brianna Henderson and Kai Kasenurm; and his brother Rusty of Checotah. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and cousins; and many friends.
