He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Spindle and Mildred Spindle; and his sister Tanya. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his daughters, Kristi (Travis Barlow) of Checotah, Audrey (Cass Smith) of Stilwell and Jamie (Aaron Hilbert) of Checotah; and his sibling's children, Trina (Tiger Welty) of Checotah, Steve (Lorie Rutledge) of Poteau and Jimmy (Amanda Akins) of Poteau. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to Heifer International either online at heifer.org or through their home office ATTN: Donor Services, Heifer International, 1 World Ave., Little Rock, AR 72202 in honor of Davie Spindle.
