She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddie Lewis Osborn and Barbara Osborn; her husband James Marshall Cook; her grandson Harold Wesley Cook; and her siblings, Raymond Osborn, Melba Markos, Cecil Osborn and Charles Osborn.
She is survived by: her child Harold Cook of Barbara Hughes; her sister Wilma Brewer; and her grandchildren, Phillip Hughes, Brian Hughes, Sarah Orr, Jennifer Brown and Douglas Cook. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
