He is survived by: his mother Susan Davidson; his wife Terry Hayes of Checotah; his daughters, Kristie Koble of LaPorte, TX, Ashley Hayes of Rosamond, CA and Shawna Walsh of Wichita, KS; and his grandchildren, Melonie, Sianna, Maddison, Ethan, Ezrin, Sadie, Gracelynn and Oakleigh.
